Brought one son in Saturday, the other tonight. We've been there before, but we won't be back. Both boys are very unhappy, neither stylist listened to the teenagers about what they wanted, the younger one even brought a picture. The stylist on Saturday (I think her name started with an R), did a simple shampoo on my 13 y.o. and then charged for an MVP without even asking if he (we)wanted one. My 16 y.o. asked for a fade going from a 4 to a 6, and his fade starts at a 2 (former stylist myself; I know the difference between a 2 and 4). Also only wanted a tiny bit off the top and front, but she took at least 2-3 inches.They both refuse to let me take them there ever again. They say they'll never be able to trust the staff.

Jessica is the greatest she always does amazing work. She knows how to interact with her clients "customers." She is very respectful, funny, personable. I strongly recommend her. She is the greatest and is the best at what she does hands-down she is the bomb. Go see her. Management needs to know how great she is at her job. She will always have my business. So don't leave or quit Jessica.

Scheduled an appointment online, was told my stylist would be ready in 15 minutes, drove to the location and checked inn. Was told it would take a few minutes and that I was next. Another person walked in who had a later appointment. He asked to be switched to first available. So, the stylist says okay and tells him she is ready for him. I asked why she bumped me since I was next. She tells me the next available stylist would be with me in a few minutes. I waited a few more minutes and no one was available. I decided to leave. That was very unprofessional and you have lost my business going forward.
