I like using the app to set my appointment. The staff is very nice.

When technology fails...I’ve checked in online numerous times before. I’ve had issues several times with the system just not being available despite there being more than 2 hours to closing. At least then I know not to bother trying. This time it registers me and tells me a 48 minute wait. I show up 30 minutes later, go to check in and it has no record of me and tells me now I have a 33 min wait. I showed the staff the screen on my phone with the confirmation with the right location and was just told “Sorry. We have no record of you being on hold.” Technology fails...I get it. But basic customer service doesn’t have to; at least make an attempt to do something to rectify the situation. Oh well. One more time and I’ll go somewhere else with my and my 3 boys hair cuts.
